Shipping policy

We Deliver via courier. Parcels are either delivered by Fastway courier, Courier Guy, Buffalo logistics or PAXI & Pargo for regional areas.

Delivery Process

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
Please allow up to 3 days processing time depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from the warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Processing time is usually 1 - 3 days.

Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Shipping will on average take between 10 and 15 business days. It is important to note delays are possible and unfortunately we are not in control of that.
Courier Delivery Cost =  R49. Get FREE shipping when you spend over R1000.

All items on our website are shipped from world class international factories. You will NOT pay any additional fees.

If for whatever reason we are delayed in delivering your parcel we will keep you updated and will see it to it that the product is delivered asap.
